Keeping Our Local Parks Clean
Posted by Administrator : Sunday 3rd March 2013
GET THE MOST OUT OF LOCAL CLEAN UP’s. We all know it is awful when we see parks, beaches and riversides strewn with litter. It is bad for our children, us, our pets, plants, local wildlife and our Sutton community. Whatever the cause it is important for us to focus on the solution. Littering is just something our community and every community across the UK suffer from.
It is important for us to take action and make an effort to support the local Sutton council cleaners and pitch in a volunteer to help clean up our local parks etc. There are a handful of cleaning projects set up across our community to tackle littering, they are free to join and welcome people of all ages to join in and lend a hand to help clean up the local area.
