The incident happened at 10.40am on June 13 at South Croydon Recreation Ground in Sanderstead Road.
A member of the public reported the incident to police but the man reportedly left the park in the direction of Brighton Road.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Officers are releasing an image of a man they want to trace in connection with an indecent exposure in South Croydon.
“The incident happened at approximately 10:40hrs on Tuesday, 13 June in South Croydon Recreation Ground in Sanderstead Road.
“A member of the public reported the incident to police but the man had left the park in the direction of Brighton Road by the time officers arrived.
